We introduce into the producing the System of Hygiene Processing Security -HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). It is the organisation system to secure the health unexceptionable products processing. It is based on the analyse and the control of the biological, chemical and physical factors that can endangered the health unexceptionableness of the products. The system monitors and analyses the whole product process. It begins at acceptation of the raw-materials, goes through the complete production, ends at dispatch and distribution of the goods. The control results (HACCP) are archived and we are able to prove that our products are health unexceptionable.
